x"FOOTHILL
/ ENGINEERING
8442 STORY RIDGE
729 5184 YFPX::(9E6)729 0593 5843
July 14, 2005
Jim Barton
California Regional Water Quality Control Board
11020 Sun Center Drive
Rancho Cordova, CA 95670-6114
Subject: Sun West Liquors, 2449 West Kettleman Lane, Lodi, CA
LOP Site Code: 5033571
Global ID T0607700875
ATTN: Jim Barton
Enclosed is a copy of the Revised Second Quarter 2005 Monitoring Report, and the Revised
Receptor Survey for Sun West Liquors, as per our phone conversation day.
r. The Second Quarter 2005 Monitoring Report was revised to include the reporting limits for the
non-detect constituents, note that some of the reporting limits are above drinking water goals.
Maximum remaining concentrations were reported and replaced the average remaining
concentrations. The conclusion inadvertently implied zero remaining concentrations and was
reworded. Also attached are lab's analytical results and DelTech's field report.
In the Receptor Survey the conclusion was reworded to establish the stability of the plume from
the monitoring at MW-3 and MW-4, instead of the amount of water pumped.
The revised reports are complete and are intended to directly replace the old reports in the file.
Please call (916) 729-5184 if there are any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Foothill E inceerring
Michael Vlach, P.E.
