Office, the Central District of the California Department of Water Resources (DWR), and drive by <br /> observation and interviews. The records on file with San Joaquin County Public Health Office(SJCPH) <br /> are permits that were issued for various items of work on wells and pumps (such as new well <br /> construction, pump repairs or other maintenance). The records on file with DWR are well completion <br /> reports provided by the well driller. The records in the DWR office are digital scans of the original <br /> documents. Permit records on file with the SJCPH are the original documents. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> All of the wells are West of Lower Sacramento Road, with the exception of one municipal well. The <br /> prominent direction of groundwater flow is South with a Westerly component in the dry season,and an <br /> Easterly component in the wet season. The receptor survey shows that there are two wells in the down <br /> gradient direction, wells 9a, and 10. Well 419 is an active municipal well owned by the City of Lodi. <br /> It is in use on this date and there are no plans to remove that well from service. The well is on the edge <br /> of the 2000' radius. <br /> CONCLUSIONS FROM THIS RECEPTOR SURVEY <br /> The pump and treat system used on the Sun West site has brought the plume to the surface for treatment. <br /> Any latent concentrations that remain should be considered immobile because they did not respond to <br /> pumping and should not be considered a threat to any of the receptors found during this survey. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Foothill Engineering recommends closure for the Sun West Liquors site. <br /> 1 <br />
