Foothill Engineering has no authority to cross property lines or force cooperation of <br /> land owners. <br /> In using this listing it is important to keep in mind that there has been a reorganization of the boundaries <br /> of North and South Lower Sacramento Road, and East Hwy 12 versus West Kettleman Lane. Some of <br /> the older records have addresses that don't follow the current nomenclature. For example Temple Baptist <br /> Church is a relatively new development with an address of 812 South Lower Sacramento Road yet the <br /> Strawberry Patch immediately South of the church is 15671 North Lower Sacramento Road which is <br /> opposite of what is expected.
