RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based on the findings of the environmental activities recounted in this report,AGE recommends: <br /> • Continued quarterly ground water monitoring at the site. The second quarter 2008 ground <br /> water monitoring event occurred on 29 April 2008. The third quarter 2008 groundwater <br /> monitoring event occurred on 29 July 2008. The fourth quarter 2008 ground water <br /> monitoring event is scheduled for 20 October 2008. <br /> • Preparation of a work plan for additional soil borings to assess the vertical extent of <br /> MTBE-impacted soil. <br /> 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. Findings were based upon field <br /> measurements and analytical results provided by an independent laboratory. Evaluation of the <br /> geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a <br /> limited number of available data points (i.e., grab ground water and soil samples), and subsurface <br /> conditions may vary away from these data points.No other warranty,expressed or implied,is made <br /> as to the professional interpretations, opinions, and recommendations contained in this report. <br /> Advanced GeoEvironmental,Inc. <br />
