INTRODUCTION
At the request of Ms.Kimberly Hoang,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. (AGE)has prepared this
quarterly report for the property located at 2122 South Airport Way, Stockton,California(site). The
site and the surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1. Structures, borings and well locations are
illustrated on Figure 2. Site background information is summarized in Appendix A.
2.0. PROCEDURES
On 29 April 2008, wells MW-1 through MW-11 were monitored and sampled in accordance with
AGE's standard monitoring and sampling procedures, provided in Appendix B. Field logs are
provided in Appendix C.
On 06 June 2008, Advanced Chemical Transport, Inc. (ACT), of Merced, California picked up
sixteen 55-gallon drums, an estimated 6,400 pounds of waste soil.Additionally,ACT picked up ten
55-gallon drums,an estimated 550 gallons of waste water.The drums were disposed,under manifest,
on 11 June 2008 at GEM Rancho Cordova, a licenced disposal facility in Rancho Cordova, Ca.
A copy of the non-hazardous waste manifest is included in Appendix D.
3.0. FINDINGS
The ground water elevation, flow direction, and gradient were determined from field data collected
on 29 April 2008. The hydrocarbon impact to ground water was quantified by the laboratory
analytical data.
• At the time of the April 2008 sampling event, depths to ground water ranged from 34.10 feet
(MW-11)to 36.47 feet(MW-4)below the tops of the well casings (btoc) (Table 1). Ground
water elevations ranged from 17.86 feet (MW-11) to 19.89 feet (MW-10) below mean sea
level (MSL). The ground water elevation averaged 19.61 feet below MSL, representing an
increase of approximately 1.62 feet since the January 2008 monitoring event.
• During this monitoring event, ground water level in the wells was approximately six feet
below the tops of the shallow well screens, indicating the wells were properly screened and
should be representative of shallow ground water conditions.
• The net ground water flow was inferred to be east to southeast with a calculated hydraulic
gradients of 0.001 ft/ft. Figure 3 illustrates the contoured ground water elevations as
measured on 29 April 2008.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
