The plan <br /> specifically describes the means by which residents will gain access to bus and other public <br /> transportation routes, shopping locations, medical, dental, or other health care facilities, and <br /> government offices. (Development Title Section 9-1030.3[f]) <br /> u; , <br /> 4'. <br /> (5) The applicant shall provide adequate exterior maintenance to the facility and surrounding <br /> yard and setback areas. A plan demonstrating provisions for regular yard and landscape <br /> irrigatior>and maintenance and other items of routine maintenance shall be approved by the <br /> Community Development Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1030.3[g]) <br /> k. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements for a Group 1, Division 1 occupancy will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated'in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> i� <br /> (1) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> �a <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> i <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> t <br /> C. The`slope of a parking space shall not exceed 114 inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> D. Provide one van parking space. <br /> (2) Water Supply: The water supply for the proposed care facility shall be provided by means of a <br /> well. <br /> A.
