'i. (3) Outdoor'activities shall not be permitted before 7:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. (Development Title Section 9-1030.3[e]) i (4) The applicant has developed and will implement a public service access plan providing or arranging. for transportation, as necessary, for group care residents or children. The plan specifically describes the means by which residents will gain access to bus and other public transportation routes, shopping locations, medical, dental, or other health care facilities, and government offices. (Development Title Section 9-1030.3[f]) u; , 4'. (5) The applicant shall provide adequate exterior maintenance to the facility and surrounding yard and setback areas. A plan demonstrating provisions for regular yard and landscape irrigatior>and maintenance and other items of routine maintenance shall be approved by the Community Development Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1030.3[g]) k. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements for a Group 1, Division 1 occupancy will be applicable and shall be incorporated'in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: i� (1) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: �a A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R., Title 24). i B. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R., Title 24). t C. The`slope of a parking space shall not exceed 114 inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). D. Provide one van parking space. (2) Water Supply: The water supply for the proposed care facility shall be provided by means of a well. A. A backflow preventer device shall be provided between the existing duplex to be served and the water which conforms to the City of Tracy standards. i (3) Provide estrooms conforming to all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24 and Uniform Plumbing}Code,Table 4-1) (4) Fire sprinklers are required. (5) All recommendation of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the construction drawings... i; (6) A copy oflthe Soils Report shall be submitted to the Building Inspection Division, Plan Check Section,at the time of the final submittal.
