'i. <br /> (3) Outdoor'activities shall not be permitted before 7:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1030.3[e]) <br /> i <br /> (4) The applicant has developed and will implement a public service access plan providing or <br /> arranging. for transportation, as necessary, for group care residents or children. The plan <br /> specifically describes the means by which residents will gain access to bus and other public <br /> transportation routes, shopping locations, medical, dental, or other health care facilities, and <br /> government offices. (Development Title Section 9-1030.3[f]) <br /> u; , <br /> 4'. <br /> (5) The applicant shall provide adequate exterior maintenance to the facility and surrounding <br /> yard and setback areas. A plan demonstrating provisions for regular yard and landscape <br /> irrigatior>and maintenance and other items of routine maintenance shall be approved by the <br /> Community Development Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1030.3[g]) <br /> k. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements for a Group 1, Division 1 occupancy will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated'in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> i� <br /> (1) The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> �a <br /> A. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as <br /> possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> i <br /> B. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> t <br /> C. The`slope of a parking space shall not exceed 114 inch per foot(C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> D. Provide one van parking space. <br /> (2) Water Supply: The water supply for the proposed care facility shall be provided by means of a <br /> well. <br /> A. A backflow preventer device shall be provided between the existing duplex to be served and <br /> the water which conforms to the City of Tracy standards. <br /> i <br /> (3) Provide estrooms conforming to all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24 and Uniform <br /> Plumbing}Code,Table 4-1) <br /> (4) Fire sprinklers are required. <br /> (5) All recommendation of the Subdivision Soils Report shall be incorporated into the construction <br /> drawings... <br /> i; <br /> (6) A copy oflthe Soils Report shall be submitted to the Building Inspection Division, Plan Check <br /> Section,at the time of the final submittal. <br /> Conditions of Approval -3 - PA-1000034 <br /> i <br /> is <br /> l j: <br />
