The work plan was requested by tl1_a San Joaquin County Environmental:Health <br /> Department(SJCEHD) in a letter dated August 9, 2004. <br /> A due date extension would allow for the evaluation of the results of third quarter <br /> groundwater monitoring prior to development of the work plan. Third quarter groundwater <br /> monitoring is tentatively scheduled for September 10, 2004. <br /> It is requested that the work plan due date be extended to October 29, 2004.
