To perform a soil gas investigation collecting soil gas samples from 5 feet bgs from 4 <br /> separate on-site locations following the California Department of Toxic Substance <br /> Control Guidance for the Evaluation and Mitigation of Subsurface Vapor Intrusion to <br /> Indoor Air-Interim Final and the California Environmental Protection Agency Advisory- <br /> Active Soil Gas Investigation along with current Agency advisories and guidance. <br /> 5. To plug all soil borings with neat cement after soil gas samples have been collected. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1.
