ZE Auto Repair October 7,2003 <br /> Stockton California Results of Additional Site Invests anon <br /> cz SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> • The site is located in San Joaquin County, California as shown on Figure I The level site is <br /> situated at an elevation of approximately 20 feet mean sea level in Section 22, Township 1 <br /> North, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base Line and Meridian The site is known to the San <br /> Joaquin County assessor as APN 169-080-55 The site is bounded by Airport Way on the <br /> east, East 9i" Street on the south, Ophir Street on the west, and by a vacant lot (APN 169- <br /> 080-54) on the north The parcel (APN 169-090-61) across East 9th Street (2305 South <br /> Airport Way) is a former gasoline station and is currently occupied by The Royal Valet <br /> Auto <br /> The site, as shown on Figure 2, is a former gasoline station that operated up to <br /> approximately 1982 Current site features include an auto repair shop housed in the former <br /> station building in the western portion of the site, and four dispenser islands under a canopy <br /> in the western portion of the site Formerly an underground storage tank (UST) basin was <br /> located in the southern portion of the site The USTs and fuel dispensers were removed It <br /> is unclear when the USTs and dispensers were removed although probably after January 5, <br /> 1982 The former dispenser locations are currently covered with metal pans <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> In March 200I Environmental Remediation Technologies (ERT) performed a site inspection <br /> for Stockton Mortgage No evidence of existing USTs at the site was reported by ERT and <br /> no records were found at the SJCEHD <br /> In June 2002, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) advanced six geoprobe soil borings <br /> (P-1 through P-6) at the locations shown on Figure 2 The geoprobe investigation was <br /> documented by AGE in Phase II Site Assessment Report dated July 2, 2002 Borings P-1 <br /> and P-2 were advanced through the former UST location to depths of 30 feet below surface <br /> grade (bsg) Borings P-3 through P-6 were advanced in the dispenser island areas to depths <br /> Of 10 to 15 bsg Concentrations of I400 and 2400 milligrams per kilogram (parts per million <br /> i 792 rpt l 0-03 <br /> Projeci No 1792 12 2 HORIZON ENVIRONMENTAL INC <br />
