5 0 HAZARD EVALUATION <br />00 <br />40 0 <br />A job hazard analysis (JHA) must be performed prior to beginning each new task A <br />documented hazard analysis form shows that you have considered each step of your task, the <br />possible safety risks, and control or preventative measures JHAs for some of the site tasks <br />foreseen prior to project mobilization are included in the appendix The best person to fill out a <br />JHA is the person going to do the job, so ask the SSO for a JHA form prior to doing any new <br />work <br />Volatile organics will be the biggest exposure concern.
