The laboratories performing the tests must be DHS <br />certified in hazardous materials for the methods listed <br />in the Work Plan. The minimums detection limits to be <br />used for benzene, toluene, and ethylbenzene is .005 <br />mg/kg. The minimum detection limit to be used for xylene <br />is .015 mg/kg. <br />2. Stockpiled soil is to be kept covered until disposal or <br />remedial action occurs. '! <br />3. After completion of work, a Soil. Remediation Proposal or <br />Preliminary Report is to be submitted to this office by <br />April 1, 1991. j <br />4.
