We incorporated most of your comments into the final Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) No. R5-2003-0703, which i, enclosed and now in effect. In your letter you requested changing the terminology at the end of the MRP from "the Order" to "this plan." The MRP is an Order issued under Section 13267 of the California Water Code. Therefore, we have not changed the terminology. The next semi-annual monitoring report is due 1 May 2003.
