R A aridgeford St,not 5000 South
Airport Way as records, reports, ect. have been referring to.Should Joe include both addresses and perhaps the
APN in the notice?A Parcel Viewer image is attached for reference.
• Share I did not see formal concurrence for closure from CVRWQCB and because CVRWQCB will be overseeing the
case during the comment period, I made suggestions on the draft to reflect this..
• The draft implies that investigations ended in June 2015.We have not yet resolved the inactive water supply
well sampling/location issues, which 1 interpret to be related to the investigation.
• The draft states that soil impact was limited to beneath the site, l read "site" as parcel;please correct me if I am
wrong. MW-7 is located on a different t parc l than the former IST farm area, MW-7 soil data shojis 0}005 mg/kg
benzene at 45 feet bs (reporting limit is 0.005 mg/kg). Do you foresee any issues with the extent of soil impact
as Mated in the notice?(Report with data:
lath sx eotrac er.waterboards,ca. ov esi a loads eo e cart 7 767 1 T 567 00 .5 .
o The notification list provided by Joe contains occupants within the sante Parcel as the former UST farm, except
occupant#9,So,I do not believe the distribution list meet the following LTCP notification requirement:
"..,occupants of all parcels adjacent to the impacted property shall be notifs`ed—"
If you may comment on the draft notice and my concerns,it would be a Mage help,
Thank you,
Gabe
t
