Per our phone conversation yesterday attached please find an electronic copy of the Boring Application Package for the
Membrane Interface Probe (MIP) Investigation and ISCO Injection Project at the California Army National Guard Field
Maintenance Shop (FMS) #24 located in Stockton, CA. Unfortunately, due to my schedule I will not be able to deliver it in
person so a hard copy of the permit package along with the permit fees has been sent out today for next day
delivery. The MIP field work is scheduled from February 3 to February 7, 2014. Please feel free to contact me if you
require any additional information to process the permit application. Thanks for your support.
Regards,
Luis M.
