Brief description of actions taken to mitigate incident: <br /> Vehicle was evacuated to the automotive area to inspect and drip pan was placed in area <br /> of possible leak, and initiated clean up. <br /> 10a. What measures have been taken to cleanup after the incident was abated by emergency <br /> res once agencies and/or facility personnel? <br /> initial clean up by digging up dirt into 55 gal drums, filled approximately 9 drums. Halted <br /> due to supplies and extent of saturation of soil to request further assistance. <br /> 12. What preventive measures (mechanical and/or procedural) could be taken in the future to <br /> minimize the possibility of this incident occurring again? <br /> F <br /> ifying drain plugs being installed for filter housing drain valve <br /> After this report is completed it is to be mailed, faxed or emailed to the California Army <br /> National Guard Environmental Programs Directorate within 72 hours of the incident.
