Therefore, before field activities begun, <br /> drilling permits will be obtained from the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (SJCPHSfEHD), encroachment permits and access <br /> approvals will be obtained from the City of Lodi, and access agreements with private <br /> parties will be negotiated All permits, access agreements, and other necessary <br /> approvals to complete construction will be obtained as required Permit to discharge <br /> treated off--gas will be obtained from the Sao Joaquin Unified Air Pollution Control <br /> District. <br /> 9.2.2 Utility Clearance <br /> Before field activities begin, dnd in accordance with state law, Underground Service <br /> Alert (USA) will be notified of LFR's intent to conduct subsurface investigations at <br /> least 48 hours before initiation of intrusive field tasks_ All proposed Iocations of <br /> subsurface investigation will be clearly marked with white paint or surveyor's flagging <br /> as required by USA USA will contact all utility owners of record within the site <br /> vicinity and notify them of LFR's intention to conduct subsurface investigations in <br /> proximity to buried utilities.
