It is the CIH's responsibility to ensure the safety of the <br />workers entering the tank. It will be the P.E's responsibility to inspect the <br />tank before and after the work is done to ensure the integrety of the tank. <br />Once the j ob is complete he must then submit a report to the EHS and PED. <br />It will the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that the work is being <br />done top meet all California state building codes. The C.L Bryant <br />representatives job is to over see the welfare of the tank and the station <br />owner. <br />5.4 Job Hazard Analysis <br />5.I Physical1Iazardv <br />'lbe major physical hazards on site are expected to be <br />a. Mechanical hazards <br />b. Firelexplosion <br />c. Vapor inhalation <br />d. Electrical shock <br />All personal that will be working on site will be at risk. Extra <br />precautions will be made to all workers from injury during the course <br />of the job. All employees on site must check in with SSO. They will <br />be made aware of the risk that surrounds the job, and be shown how to <br />prevent personnel injury. <br />
