Gloves, leather for material handling <br />Other PPE may be required depending on changes made in the <br />field <br />7.2 Tank Entry <br />The items listed in the field containment service manual <br />approved safety devices must be available and easily accessible <br />for use. see appendix A for List <br />Individuals entering the tank for inspection and reapair <br />will wear the following. <br />A. Tyvek coveralls (or something similar) <br />B. Air -line Respirator with escape air bottle <br />C. Neoprene Gloves <br />D. Oil resistant sole bouts <br />Additional PPE may be required depending on the changes that <br />are made in the field. <br />8.0 Training <br />All personnel who may be associated with the tank removal <br />activities must provide documentation of the following <br />A. Current training meets Scer 5157 <br />B. Project- specific training will be providing at the site before <br />tank entry into the UST. <br />C. The contents of the Health and Safety Plan have been <br />reviewed by each site worker <br />
