Follow proper safety procedures. <br />• Since the riser bottom is open, the manway riser will fill <br />with water as water surrounds it on the outside. <br />• Traffic areas require a reinforced concrete traffic pad. <br />• Because of potential tank buoyancy, when 2 or more <br />manway risers (or turbine enclosures) are used, contact <br />Tank Technical Support for anchoring questions.
