During the inspection the monitoring plan was revised for both underground storage tanks in California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class Il. 106 CCR 2632(d)(2) Failed to have an approved UST response plan. The response plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The first page of the Response Plan is missing in California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). During the inspection the first page of the Response Plan was uploaded into CERS. Ensure a copy is available for inspection at any time. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation.
