Anderson, Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> This is a revised inspection report. This version supersedes all previous versions. <br /> 128. (Repeat) Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on <br /> site. A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a <br /> copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit <br /> copies from 2009 to present to the EHD by 11/4/2013. <br /> 301. (Repeat) Absorbents on the Machine Shop floor. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to <br /> minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water <br /> which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately , and manage according to Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this <br /> waste was managed by 11/4/2013. <br /> 404. (Repeat) Oil in secondary containments of use oil and new oil storage area were not closed, and <br /> hazardous waste rags in an open 55-gallon drum behind Paint Shop was not closed. All hazardous <br /> waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close <br /> these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing <br /> waste. Violation was corrected on site. <br /> 603. No accumulation start date on a 5-gallon container of hazardous waste rags stored at a satellite <br /> accumulation point at the Machine Shop. A generator may accumulate as much as 55 gallons of <br /> hazardous waste, one quart of acutely hazardous waste (listed in section 66261.33(e)) or one quart of <br /> extremely hazardous waste at or near any point of generation, without a permit or grant of interim status, <br /> without complying with subsections (a),(b) and (c) of this section, if all of the following requirements are <br /> met with respect to this waste: (C) the initial date of waste accumulation is clearly marked and visible for <br /> inspection on each container used for accumulation of hazardous waste. Generator demonstrated the <br /> waste was in the container for about 1 week, and moved it to central point. Violation was corrected. <br /> 605. (Repeat) No label on the above-mentioned (Item #404) 55-gallon drum of hazardous waste rag, <br /> two 55-gallon drums of used oil at the used oil area, and a container for parts washer filter in the tool <br /> storage area near the Used Oil storage area.
