Anderson, Stockton Program: HW <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> This is a revised inspection report. This version supersedes all previous versions.. <br /> The following items from the October 2011 inspection have not yet returned to compliance: <br /> 122 & 125. Additional consolidated manifest in 2011 and 2010, and hazardous waste manifests for the <br /> last three years, have not been submitted to EHD. (see Page 4 Item #122/125) <br /> 128. No drained oil filter disposal receipt. (see Page 5 Item #128) Generator stated Napa who took <br /> their oil filters did not give them a receipt. I explained Napa may not be the proper facility to drop off <br /> drained used oil filters; they might only accept filters from the residential and not business. Provided <br /> generator a copy of the San Joaquin County Small Business Hazardous Waste Disposal Program <br /> pamphlet. <br /> 301. Absorbent still on Machine Shop floor (see Page 5 Item #301), and need to make a hazardous <br /> waste determination of the sandblast waste (see Page 4 Item #108) <br /> 804,808,809, 812. Generator stated the Universal waste lamps observed in 2011 had been disposed <br /> properly, but no disposal receipt has been submitted (see Page 6 Item #812) <br /> Submit the following to EHD by 11/4/2013: <br /> 1) A completed copy of the (provided) Return to Compliance Certification. <br /> 2) A written statement how each violation was corrected. <br /> 3) Evidence (i.e. photos, disposal receipts, documents) in support of the corrections made. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: / Title: <br /> Jeffrey Wong (209) 468-0335 <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
