Immediately locate a copy of all receipts for the last three <br /> years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. Include receipts for all hazardous waste generated by <br /> the facility including used oil and used absorbent. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> A green/white 55 gallon drum of used oil on the south side of the shop was open during the time of inspection . All <br /> hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close <br /> these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. This was <br /> corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Containers of hazardous waste not properly labeled: <br /> -Two green/white drums of used oil on the south side of the shop did not have hazardous property labeled or correct <br /> start accumulation date <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum of used aerosol cans on the south side of the shop did not have a start accumulation date <br /> or physical property <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum of used absorbent on the south side of the shop did not have a start accumulation date or <br /> hazardous property. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste' <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information.
