Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained <br /> used oil filters," and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately mark a start accumulation date and ensure <br /> that all used oil filters are managed in this way. <br /> Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. A copy of each bill of <br /> lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters <br /> for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> This is an amended report as of July 13, 2015, that supersedes all previously issued reports for this inspection. <br /> Please send in copies of all manifests, bill of ladings and any other disposal records for hazardous waste stored or <br /> site to the EHD in order to close all violations by the date below. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by August 18, 2015 . <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
