I inquired exactly how much acid was brought to him by Gary Kenney <br /> and how much soda ash did it take to neutralize it. Mr. Lee said <br /> he would call me back. <br /> September 4 , 1990 <br /> Mr. Bill Lee phoned and told me it takes 240 pounds of sodium <br /> bicarbonate to neutralize 100 gallons of muriatic acid. He did not <br /> tell me how much acid was brought in by Gary Kenney. He could not <br /> tell me how much soda ash he used on Mr. Kenney's acid. He did <br /> indicate that if he and Mr. Kenney considered it reusable they <br /> would reuse it to clean boilers. <br /> Mr. Bill Lee was very evasive and made no direct statements as to <br /> the quantity of acid (see #6 on previous page) . Mr. Kenney brought <br /> in after the Earthgrains job on July 27, 1990. <br /> September 25, 1990 <br /> Performed site inspection with Rhonda A. at 931 E. Weber, Midway <br /> Supply. Rhonda took samples of liquid from two (2) storm drains <br /> inside building.
