Within our facility's <br />Emergency Response Plan, these positions were known as emergency <br />commanders. <br />Item 49 Personnel training records incomplete. <br />Response: The Hazardous Waste Management Employee Training Plan is attached. <br />Job titles for each position at the facility related to hazardous waste <br />management and the names of employees filling each job are also attached. <br />Item 75 Air filters from paint booth are not contained at satellite accumulation area. <br />Response: All hazardous waste has been contained. <br />PBR, CA, AND CE PROGRAM <br />Item I Contingency plan is not complete. It does not address the hazardous waste <br />treatment facility and emergency procedures. <br />Response: Contingency plan identifies the conversion coating rinse water under <br />Section 5, Assessment of Anticipated Hazardous Waste Incidents and <br />summarizes the response in case of a liquid spill. <br />Item 2 Written training documents and records do not address treatment facility. <br />Response: Training for the chromium treatment facility is covered under the Slug <br />Discharge Control Plan required by the City of Stockton POTW. Training <br />was completed on July 16, 1997 and was given to operators of the <br />treatment unit. A copy of the training sign-up sheet and applicable portions <br />of the Slug Discharge Control Plan are attached. <br />Item 29 There was an accidental release to the sewer of hazardous waste <br />constituents from the chromium treatment system. <br />
