No. CAD 009159069 <br />On September 22, 1989, the Department of Health Services <br />(Department) conducted an inspection of Parsons of California <br />(PC), Stockton. <br />As a result of that inspection, violations of hazardous waste <br />statutes and regulations were identified. <br />Specific violations are listed below. Failure to correct the <br />identified violations will result in the Department citing you <br />for continuing/additional violations. <br />I. Schedule of Violations <br />1. Title 22, California Code of Regulations (Cal. Code <br />of Regs.), Section 66493: <br />PC violated Title 221 Cal. Code of Regs., Section <br />66493 in that PC failed to file a 1987 Biennial <br />Report with the Department by March of 1988. <br />During the inspection of PC on September 22, 1989, <br />you informed the Department's inspector that you did <br />not have a copy of the 1987 Biennial Report. In <br />response, she told you how to obtain a copy of the <br />Biennial Report to fill out. Subsequent to the <br />inspection, you also informed her that you had sent <br />for the required Biennial Report information. <br />2. Title 22, Cal. Code of Regs., Section 66508 (a) (2) (3) <br />and (c) (1) (2) (3) : <br />PC violated Title 22, Cal. Code of Regs., Section <br />66508 (a) (2) (3) and (c) (1) (2) (3) in that PC failed to <br />
