Since that time, the nozzles were removed and we
have ordered replacement nozzles for it. This is only a temporary solution
until we hard plumb a water line to the area within the next two weeks.
Attached is a copy of the Request to Purchase the spray nozzles and the
Purchase Order.
#49 Personnel training records incomplete.
Environmental Management training was already completed in 2045, but
sign up sheets did not indicate job title. Attached is a sample of the sign-up
sheet to be used for next year's training of employees on hazardous waste
handling procedures, contingency plan and emergency procedures, air
emissions issues, and storm water issues. Any employee who has the
potential for placing a hazardous waste (film adhesive, solvent wipes,
graphite pre-preg, machine oils, etc.) into a container during the course of
their regular job is considered a hazardous waste handler. Employees will
indicate Yes or No under the title of HW Handler.
