These tubs were not labeled for the storage of <br /> hazardous waste. <br /> -Two containers of baghouse waste were observed with no hazardous waste labeling. <br /> -The chromic acid (alodine) table in Building 1 near the chromium treatment area was observed containing standing <br /> liquid. According to Mr. Kitagawa, the table is supposed to drain to a nearby tank, but did not appear to be draining. <br /> The table was not labeled for the storage of hazardous waste. <br /> -Liquid was observed accumulated in the secondary containment under the titanium etch tanks. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties (corrosive, reactive, toxic, ignitable) <br /> -physical state (liquid, solid) <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
