Check floor area for gross signs of liquid that may <br /> c indicate a leak. There should be no puddles of standing <br /> liquid in the pit. Daily processing may be in progress <br /> during inspection time and it is acceptable for the floor <br /> to be damp. <br /> 2. Check sump standing liquid that exceeds the <br /> confinement of the small pump basin located at the <br /> rNorth end of the sump. <br /> 3. Check floor for gross amounts of debris. Stains and dirt <br /> residue is acceptable. <br /> Corrective Actions: <br /> 1. If accumulated amounts of process rinse liquid are <br /> observed (excludes sump), use a squeegee, or cordless <br /> blower, to push the liquid towards the sump, or use a <br /> '41M. __ u wet vac to collect the liquid. Wet vac may be emptied <br /> into sump. <br /> 2. If pooled liquid is identified as a tank/pipe leak, notify <br /> maintenance supervisor and Lon Kitagawa <br /> immediately for further directions. <br /> 3. If the sump has standing liquid, the pump system will <br /> be used to transfer liquid out of the sump and to the <br /> chrome treatment system.
