The California Regional Water Quality
Control Board staff review, however, does recommend the following:
1. The contractor shall be directed to construct the pool and sump to be
leak resistant.
2. Elimination of the inspection chamber and substituting an observation pipe
that would allow detection of any leakage past the stainless steel liner.
If you have any questions, please contact James Miller at 209-466-6781, Ext. 81.
Jogi Khanna, M.D., M.P.H.
District Health Officer
C.
