V' <br /> PHASE II - PERMIT REVIEW <br /> 1 . Upon approval of Phase I, the Developer will proceed to <br /> apply for the proper County permits using the regular <br /> County permit procedure. This procedure will commence by <br /> contacting the County Planning and Building Inspection <br /> Department. <br /> 2. The Planning and Building Inspection Department will <br /> initiate the permit review procedure only if the plans and <br /> specifications submitted by the Developer have the proper <br /> approval of the Airport Manager, as in Item N5 above. <br /> 3 . When all the departments involved in the review of the <br /> plans and specifications have "signed off" their approval <br /> as part of the regular County permit procedure, the <br /> Planning and Building Inspection Department may issue a <br /> building permit. <br /> EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 18 , 1985 <br /> 2 - <br />
