SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY PLANS 6 SPECIFICATIONS REVIEW PROCEDURE For CONSTRUCTION OF ALL NEW FACILITIES AT "STOCKTON METROPOLITAN AIRPORT/AIRMETRO BUSINESS PARK" The purpose of this Review Procedure is to allow for review and input by the proper County departments and Local Health District prior to the construction of any new facilities at Stockton Metropolitan Airport/Airmetro Business Park. In addition, it is intended that these procedures will simplify any required review for a developer. For the purpose of this review, the term "Developer" will apply to both development within the Airmetro Business Park and facilities within the Airport property. PHASE I - PRELIMINARY REVIEW 1. The Developer will submit a sufficient number of plans and specifications to the Airport Manager for review by the departments as set forth in Item N2 below. 2. The Airport Manager will distribute a set of plans to each of the following departments: Planning and Building Inspection, Fire Prevention (Fire Prevention will coor- dinate its review with the Montezuma Rural Fire District ) , Public works, and the Local Health District. 3. The Airport Manager and the Developer will meet with the Development Committee (which consists of the departments listed in Item t2 above ) to review the proposed construc- tion. Problems noted may then be resolved prior to the Airport Manager ' s approval and prior to the commencement of Phase II . 4 . The County ' s review will be coordinated through the Airport Manager and completed within the time limitations established by the Inland Investment Company/San Joaquin County Lease Agreement, or any agreement that may apply between the County and a developer and/or tenant on Airport property. 5 . Phase I will be considered approved when the Airport Manager "signs off" on the plans and specifications, thereby indicating approval by all participating County departments, including the Local Health District. - 1 -
