Mr. <br />Jimmy Mozingo stated that no hazardous waste has been transported for disposal since the last routine <br />hazardous waste inspection. Mr. Mozingo also stated that all truck maintenance is being conducted at an <br />offsite location and no hazardous waste is routinely being generated at this facility. All universal waste <br />fluorescent light bulbs are also being transported to an offsite facility for consolidation and disposal. <br />Class II Violations: 101, 305, 407, 605, 703 <br />101. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. A hazardous waste <br />generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without <br />an EPA ID number. Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br />evidence to the EHD by June 6, 2014- A form has been provided. <br />305. A spill pallet outside the warehouse (near the hazardous material storage area) was observed with <br />standing liquid in the bottom. All facility communications and alarm systems, fire protection equipment, <br />spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to <br />assure its proper operation in time of emergency. Spill containment shall be maintained clean and dry at <br />all times so as to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity.
