A hazardous waste generator shall not treat,
store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without a hazardous waste ID number. A
determination which takes into account hazardous properties has not been made.
-Metal fines generated from metal grinding are being disposed of in the garbage without first determining particle size
or hazardous properties.
Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste.
