There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following information <br /> must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br /> extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, unless <br /> the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the required information by a <br /> phone. A form is provided that can be used for this purpose. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 112 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used antifreeze were not found on site. The only disposal records <br /> on site were for used oil disposal on 1/4/16 (60 gallons) and 9/8/15 (50 gallons).Hazardous waste generators shall <br /> retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting <br /> procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all <br /> manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 117 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br /> A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)for the hazardous waste program has not been <br /> made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) <br /> hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include your hazardous <br /> waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br /> fields. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 205 HSC 25250.7 Failed to manage used oil contaminated with other hazardous waste as hazardous waste. <br /> Used oil contaminated with oily sludge and parts washer waste was not handled as hazardous waste. According to <br /> Mr. Gonzalez, both the liquid and the sludge from the parts washer on site have been placed in the used oil drum for <br /> disposal as used oil on a consolidated manifesting receipt. If used oil is contaminated with a hazardous waste, the <br /> resulting mixture shall be managed as hazardous waste. Immediately begin handling all used oil contaminated with <br /> hazardous waste as hazardous waste. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Page 4 of 7 <br />
