<br /> 7. The term "materials" shall mean all substances that have
<br /> been generated, treated, stored, disposed of, or otherwise
<br /> handled at or transported to the site, including but not
<br /> limited to all hazardous materials.
<br /> 8. The term "person" as used herein includes, in the plural as
<br /> well as the singular, any natural person, firm,
<br /> unincorporated association, partnership, corporation,
<br /> trust, or other entity.
<br /> 9. The term "release" has the same definition as that
<br /> contained in CERCLA/SARA Section 101 (22) , 42 U.S.C. Section
<br /> 9601(22) , that includes any spilling, leaking, pumping,
<br /> pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting,
<br /> escaping, leaching, dumping, or disposing into the
<br /> environment, including the abandonment or discharging of
<br /> barrels, containers, and other closed receptacles
<br /> containing any hazardous substance, pollutant, or
<br /> contaminant.
<br /> 10. The terms "the site" or "the facility" shall mean and
<br /> include the property on or about the above referred site.
<br /> Inquiries
<br /> 1. Identify the time period in which you have occupied the
<br /> site, your association with the site (i. e. , owner, tenant)
<br /> during that period, and the type (s) of business (es)
<br /> conducted at the site during that time period.
<br /> 2 . If you were under a lease, license, or franchise agreement
<br /> for the site, identify the owner during each time period of
<br /> your occupancy.
<br /> 3 . To the extent you have the information, identify all prior
<br /> and current occupants/owners and co-owners of the site,
<br /> their time period of occupation, their association with the
<br /> site (i. e. , owner, tenant( , and the type of business
<br /> conducted by them at the site.
<br /> 4 . Submit a diagram of the site which identifies the locations
<br /> of the following items (present and past) :
<br /> a. Property boundaries;
<br /> b. Buildings and other structures: include above and
<br /> below-ground storage tanks, containers, sumps, or
<br /> piping systems used for the treatment, storage,
<br /> disposal or transfer of hazardous materials;
<br /> C. Interior layout of building and structure detailing
<br /> operations conducted in each area;
