Organize <br /> and carry out promotions to encourage new and existing customers to return to <br /> visit the dealership on a consistent basis. <br /> Devise a plan to amplify return on investment of parts inventory. <br /> Creatively work to increase the volume of Parts&Accessories sales. <br /> Using appropriate procedures for management,faciltate the Parts& <br /> Accessories department to generate expected levels of gross and net profit. <br /> Estimate the expected time for receipt of back ordered parts, be realistic and <br /> clearly convey the time required to the customer. Prevent high customer <br /> expectations if expectations are not likely to be met. <br /> Whenever appropriate, draw attention to any new merchandise, specials, and <br /> sales.
