As a result of that inspection, a number of <br /> violations of hazardous waste statutes, regulations, permits, <br /> and directives were identified. <br /> Specific violations and required corrective action are <br /> listed below. Failure to correct the identified problems <br /> within the time frames provided will result in the <br /> Department taking enforcement action as provided by law. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> 1. Section 66371 (e) Title 22 California <br /> Administrative Code: Storage of hazardous waste <br /> on site for longer than 90 days without a permit. <br /> 2. Section 66484 (a) (1) Title 22 California <br /> Administrative Code: Failure to properly complete <br /> the generators portion of the manifest. <br /> 3 . Section 66492 Title 22 California Administrative <br /> Code: Failure to maintain manifests for a period <br /> of three years. <br /> 4 .
