Section 67105 (d) Title 22 California <br /> Administrative Code: Failure to maintain the <br /> following documents and records at the facility; <br /> a) A written job description for each position <br /> related to hazardous waste management. <br /> b) A written description of the type and amount <br /> of training that will be given to each person <br /> working in hazardous waste management. <br /> C) Records that document the training or job <br /> experience required of personnel working in <br /> hazardous waste management. <br /> 6. Section 67142 (b) Title 22 California <br /> Administrative Code: Failure to submit copies of <br /> contingency plan to all state and local emergency <br /> teams. <br /> II. Schedule for Correction <br /> Violation 1 shall be corrected prior to 31 August 1985 <br /> by properly disposing of hazardous waste that are <br /> currently being stored longer than 90 days at an <br /> approved disposal site. <br /> Violations 2 and 3 shall be corrected immediately by <br /> insuring that manifests are properly completed and are <br /> kept on file for a period of three years. <br /> Violations 4 , 5,and . 6 shall be corrected prior to 31 <br /> August 1985 by insuring that employees are properly <br /> trained in the handling of hazardous materials, <br /> training records are properly maintained and that <br /> copies of the contingency plan have been distributed to <br /> emergency response agencies. <br /> The Department will schedule a reinspection of Triangle <br /> Pacific Corp. following the expiration of the date(s) <br /> provided above. Copies of any manifests and a signed letter <br /> certifying that the above corrective action has been taken <br /> shall be sent to this office upon completion. <br />
