Bridgeford Street in Stockton, California. In <br />accordance with California state law and best management practices, such waste will be <br />transported in quantities of less than 15 gallons or 125 pounds, will be packaged in their original <br />containers, and will be packed securely to avoid spilling. <br />Fleetwash manager Ralph Colonna will maintain a file containing all receipts for items disposed <br />of at the San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste Facility. <br />Line Item 8: Managed a hazardous waste without an EPA number. <br />Response / Follow Up: Fleetwash has the application to DTSC to re -activate EPA # <br />CAL000312276 for the Fleetwash facility located at 1162 Bessemer Ave in Manteca, California. <br />A copy of the completed application for reactivation is attached, as well as a copy of the email <br />sent by Fleetwash submitting the application and the DTSC automatic reply email <br />acknowledging receipt of that email. <br />Line Items 20 and 50: Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste (20), <br />and stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (50). <br />Response / Follow Up: All used oil has been removed by a licensed waste hauler (Safety <br />Kleen). The waste hauler has provided Fleetwash a manifest which will be kept on file. <br />Fleetwash has established a used oil storage area onsite. Two 55 gallon drums, placed securely <br />on a spill pallet for secondary containment, have been designated for used oil. An additional two <br />drums have been designated for new and used antifreeze. These drums have lids and have been <br />properly labeled. Photos in appendix. <br />Fleetwash manager Ralph Colonna is responsible for ensuring that all used oil and antifreeze is <br />removed by Safety Kleen prior to 180 days from the accumulation start date. <br />Line Item 23: Failed to: (1) Drain of free-flowing oil, (2) Reclaim metal, (3) Close container w/ <br />initial date of accumulation, label "drained used oil filters", (4) store less than one ton for less <br />than or equal to one year, (5) Retain bill of lading for filters for three years. <br />
