Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for last three years were not available for inspection. -- Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. * Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by June 18, 2011. 64. Copies of receipts of spent lead acid batteries the last three years were not available for inspection. -- Spent lead acid batteries shall be managed within one year of storage, and a copy of the disposal records shall be retained for at least 3 years on site available for inspection. * Submit a copy of the last 3 years of spent lead acid batteries to EHD by June 18, 2011. Ensure spent lead acid batteries are managed within one year of storage, and retain a copy of the disposal records on site for at least 3 years. 79,83,84. Unable to determine the length of storage of fifteen Universal Waste fluorescent lamps and one broken lamp not stored in a closed and labelled container. Failed to containerize and manage the one broken lamp. -- Universal Wastes shall be stored in a closed container that prevents breakage and release to the environment. The container shall be labeled to identify the type of Universal Waste and marked the initial date of accumulation, and managed within one year of storage. Broken fluorescent lamps shall be immediately cleaned up and containerized and managed as hazardous waste. * Immediately dispose of the above unbroken lamps in accordance to Universal Waste Rules, and make a hazardous waste determination of the broken lamp and managed accordingly, or dispose it as hazardous waste. Submit a copy of the disposal receipts to EHD by June 18, 2011. 85. Copies of Universal Waste disposal records were not available for inspection. --A copy of the disposal receipts of Universal Waste, including but not limited to lamps, alkaline batteries, mercury containing switches, CRT, and electronic devices, shall be retained on site for at least three years available for inspection. * Immediately locate a copy of all Universal Waste disposal records for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by June 18, 2011. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122).
