Three 55-gallon drums of waste oil or oily waste according to owner <br /> outside Spingolo truck repair shop. (Photos #13, #14) <br /> c. Two 55-gallon drums (See Item #11 above) in the area south of <br /> Valley Shingle (Photo #10) <br /> d. Three 55-gallon metal drums and one 55-gallon poly drum east of <br /> former Golden Lube building (Photo #8) <br /> e. Three 55-gallon metal drums west of former Golden Lube building. <br /> (Photo #5) <br /> f. One 55-gallon poly drum under a big rig trailer north of former <br /> Golden Lube building (Photo #9) <br /> g. Four 5-gallon buckets east of former Golden Lube building (Photos <br /> #6, #7, #8) <br /> All HW containers must be labeled at minimum: 1) the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", 2) Generator name and address, 3) initial date of <br /> accumulation, 4) Content, 5) Physical state, and 6) hazardous <br /> property. <br /> Immediately correct as described above, and submit evidence of <br /> correction to EHD by April 10, 2010. Begin and continue to label all <br /> future HW containers as a part of the facility's operation procedures. <br /> 27. The following HW containers were not closed at time of this inspection: <br /> a. Three 55-gallon drums of absorbent (see Item #20a above) <br /> b. Three 55-gallon HW drums west of former Golden Lube building <br /> (see Item #20e above) <br /> c. Two 5-gallon buckets former Golden Lube building (see Item #20g <br /> above) <br /> d. One 55-gallon drum under the big-rig trailer(see Item #20f above) <br /> e. Three 55-gallon drums outside the Spingolo truck repair shop (see <br /> Item #20b above) <br /> All HW containers must be closed at all times except when adding or <br /> removing. <br /> Immediately close and secure the above HW containers in a manner <br /> that will prevent spillage of HW, and continue this practice for all HW <br /> containers in the future. <br /> 30. The following empty HW or Hazardous Material (HM) containers were <br /> not marked with the date they were emptied at time of this inspection: <br /> a. Six empty 55-gallon containers in the former Valley Shingle <br /> enclosure. (Photo #3) <br /> b. Two empty 55-gallon containers south of the former Valley Shingle. <br /> (Photo #10) <br />
