CONTINUATION FORM <br /> OFFICIAL INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Facility Address: 1011 N. Broadway, Stockton Page 5 of 8 <br /> c. Forty-five empty 55-gallon containers on the east side of former <br /> Golden Lube building. (Photo #8) <br /> Empty HW or HM containers greater than 5 gallon in volume capacity <br /> shall be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within <br /> one year of being emptied at time of this inspection. <br /> Immediately manage the above empty HW or HM containers by <br /> disposing, reusing, or recycling them. Begin and continue to mark <br /> future empty HW or HM containers greater than 5 gallons with the date <br /> the container became empty, and manage the empty containers within <br /> one year of that date. Submit evidence of correction to EHD by April <br /> 10, 2010. <br /> 50. The twenty unlabeled HW containers referenced in Item #20 listed <br /> above were determined to have been stored onsite greater than 180 <br /> days at time of this inspection. <br /> A generator of less than 1,000 kilograms of HW in any calendar month <br /> shall accumulate HW onsite no more than 180 days. <br /> Immediately dispose the above wastes in accordance to Title 22, and <br /> submit evidence of correction to EHD by April 10, 2010. Continue to <br /> manage all future HW within 180 days of accumulation onsite. <br /> 64. No disposal receipt for spent lead acid batteries at time of inspection. <br /> A generator shall retain onsite at least three years a legible copy of <br /> each manifest or bill of lading of the shipped spent lead acid batteries <br /> to a facility who uses, reuses, recycles, or reclaims the batteries or <br /> their components. <br /> A disposal receipt dated June 15, 2007 was received by EHD on <br /> March 10, 2009. Submit a copy of other disposal receipts of the <br /> shipped batteries over the last three years to EHD by April 10, 2010. <br /> 79. At least eleven "unbroken" Universal Waste (UW) lamps were <br /> observed in an open container at time of this inspection. (Photo #12) <br /> A generator shall contain any UW lamps in a closed container or <br /> package that is adequate to prevent breakage and spillage, and <br /> compatible with the contents of the lamp. <br /> Immediately close the above UW-lamps container and continue to <br /> maintain this practice in the future. (Note: these UW-lamps do not <br /> appeared to be the same "broken" lamps referenced in the May 2009 <br /> Inspection Report) <br /> 83,84 The above-referenced UW-lamps (Item #79) and one UW-CRT in the <br /> former Golden Lube building (Photo #2) were not labeled, and the <br />
