Broadway, Stockton Page 7 of 8 • Based on this re-inspection, EHD has made determination if the violations referenced in the May 28, 2009 Official Inspection Report (2009 OIR) has been corrected. Please submit evidence of correction by the compliance date of April 10, 2010 for those violations that have not been corrected: 4, 12 At time of this inspection, EHD observed the leaking or overfilled containers had been removed from the two locations referenced in the 2009 OIR, but the impacted soil remained in place at the location south of the former Valley Shingle. These two violations have not been corrected, and are now followed under Violation #20 of the 2010 OIR (See above) 10. This violation has been corrected: HW referenced in the 2009 OIR has been disposed. EHD has received a copy of two used oil/mixed oil disposal receipts dated November 19, 2009 and June 8, 2009 during this inspection. 20. This violation has been corrected for 2009 OIR at time of this inspection: The unlabeled drums have been removed. However, new HW containers have not been labeled. (See above Violation #20 of the 2010 OIR). 21. This violation has been corrected for 2009 OIR at time of this inspection. However, new HW containers are now not closed. (See above Violation #27 of the 2010 OIR). 27,30. This violation has been corrected for 2009 OIR: EHD has received consolidated manifests for dated October 10, 2008 (700 gallons), March 4, 2009 (1,000 gallons), June 8, 2009 (1,300 gallons), and November 19, 2009 (75 gallons) to 2009. No consolidated manifests were available before 2008 according to owner when asked during this inspection. 31. This violation has been corrected for 2009 OIR: EHD has received a copy of bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for the last (62 plus 18 junk cores) dated June 15, 2007. Owner stated no other disposal receipts were available. (Unknown if the owner had disposed more batteries since 2009 OIR. See above Violation #64 of the 2010 OIR) 32. This violation has been corrected for 2009 OIR: The same container has not been labeled with "used oil and gasoline filters"; rather, it has been emptied. 33. This violation has been corrected for 2009 OIR: EHD has received a disposal receipt for drained oil and gas filters dated June 9, 2009. 78. This violation has not been corrected: EHD has not received a copy of the disposal receipt of the "broken UW-lamps"
