Provide documentation to this office <br /> within 30 days of this letter. <br /> #82 66273.34 CCR— Failed to label UW to identify type of UW. <br /> At the time of both inspections, the above-mentioned UW lamps and UW <br /> electronic devices were not stored in containers that were labeled to <br /> identify the type of UW. <br /> Immediately label all UW containers that would identify the type of UW. Provide <br /> documentation to this office within 30 days of this letter. <br /> #85 66273.39 CCR— Failed to keep records of each shipment of UW <br /> according to this section. <br /> At the time of both inspections, records of the shipments of UW were not <br /> kept on site. <br /> Provide records of shipment such as log, invoice, manifest, bill of lading, or other <br /> shipping documentation of UW to this office within 30 days of this letter. <br /> #86 66262.34(d)(2) CCR, 25123.3(h)(1) HSC — Stored HW onsite greater <br /> than 180 days. <br /> At the time of both inspections, generator stated the following containers <br /> of HW with no labels or labels with missing required information, had been <br /> stored onsite greater than 180 days: <br /> ■ Thirteen 55-gallon drums of immediately outside the repair shop, <br /> ■ One polyethylene 55-gallon, one 55-gallon, and one 30-gallon drums, <br /> all containing used filters, located immediately outside the repair shop, <br /> ■ One 55-gallon drum inside the repair shop, <br /> ■ Two 55-gallon drums at the trash pile south of the former Valley <br /> Shingle roofed-structure <br /> Remove HW containers and provide documentation to this office within 30 days <br /> of this letter. <br /> #88 66262.34(d)(2) CCR— Modified emergency coordinator information <br /> lacking. <br /> At the time of both inspections, emergency coordinator information was <br /> not found or posted by the phone. <br /> Provide a copy of the completed HW emergency Information form (attached) to <br /> this office within 30 days of this letter. <br /> #89 66261.7(f) CCR— Empty HW or Hazardous Material container larger <br /> than 5 gallons was not marked with the date it was emptied or <br /> managed within one year of being emptied. <br />
