* CONTINUATION FORM • <br /> OFFICIAL INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Facility Address: 1011 N. Broadway, Stockton Page 6 of 8 <br /> #33 66266.130(c) CCR — Failed to close container w/initial date of <br /> accumulation, Label "drained used oil filters' (3) <br /> At the time of inspects, two containers of used oil filters immediately <br /> outside the repair shop were not properly labeled as "used oil and <br /> gasoline filter" with an initial date of accumulation: <br /> ■ One covered 55-gallon drum <br /> ■ One covered 30-gallon drum <br /> Immediately label used oil filter containers with an initial date of accumulation <br /> and "drained used oil filters". Please be aware that storage of less than one ton <br /> of used oil filters is limited to one year. Provide documentation to this office <br /> within 30 days of this letter. <br /> #33 66266.130(c) CCR — Failed to retain bill of lading for filters for 3 years <br /> (5) <br /> At the time of both inspections, a copy of each bill of lading for used oil <br /> filters for the last 3 years were not kept at the site. <br /> Provide a copy of bill of lading for filters from 2006 to 2008 to this office within 30 <br /> days of this letter. <br /> #78 66273.33(b) CCR — Failed to store Universal Waste (UW) lamps in a <br /> closed container and in a manner that prevents breakage and release <br /> to the environment, and failed to immediately clean and containerize <br /> any broken lamps. <br /> At the time of both inspections, broken and unbroken UW lamps were <br /> seen disposed to the environment without any containers, at a location <br /> south of the parked truck-trailers and boxed-trailers. <br /> Immediately clean up and containerize broken lamps and dispose as HW to a <br /> permitted facility, or make HW determination per Title 22 CCR. Immediately <br /> handle and store UW lamps in closed containers that would prevent breakage <br /> and release to the environment. Provide documentation to this office within 30 <br /> days of this letter. <br /> #80 66273.33.5(a)(1)(b) CCR— Failed to store a UW electronic device in a <br /> manner that prevents release to the environment. <br /> At the time of both inspections, electronic devices and stripped machine <br /> parts with IC broads, meters, or switches, were seen disposed to the <br /> environment at the trash pile south the former Valley Shingle roofed- <br /> structure, and at trash pile east of the repair shop. <br /> Immediately cease disposal of UW to the environment. Properly handle and <br /> store UW electronic devices in a manner that would prevent release of UW <br />
