proper documentation is obtained and filed with it the proper manifest files.Evolution has also <br /> implemented a process of spread sheets including information to any and all manifest that are required to <br /> be on hand so that going forward there will be a log of paperwork prior to the manifest being placed in <br /> file. <br /> Evolution has implemented an IPP(Illness and Prevention Plan)and going forward has an improved <br /> contingency plan should the situation arise of a spill or emergency situation that requires an Emergency <br /> Coordinator.All information for these individuals has been posted to employees and the employees have <br /> been informed in a monthly safety and IPP meeting that was conducted on April 1,2016. Supporting <br /> documents as far as employee notifications are included in the Response Report to Environmental Health <br /> Department of San Joaquin County.As far as a corrective action for the lids on drums marked <br /> "HAZARDOUS WASTE"employees have been informed that the rules and regulations set forth in the <br /> IPP and Contingency plan must be followed and seen through or the employee can face disciplinary <br /> action from Evolution.Evolution acquired the proper labelling for the said so drums and containers to <br /> properly label and mark the drum and containers as "HAZARDOUS WASTE". The stickers include the <br /> information of Evolution,contaminants,hazardous properties,the state of the material,and the start of the <br /> accumulation.All containers have been placed on and in secondary containment barriers such as <br /> containment pallets and barrier drums as a form of additional protection to prevent the possibility of a <br /> spill. <br /> As to the oil stained areas near pavement edge please see the supporting documentation photos in the <br /> response report to document that those areas have been cleared. The dirt and rock were shoveled and <br /> disposed of in the drum provided by Ramos Environmental Services and disposed of through Ramos. <br /> We at Evolution Equipment Services appreciate the time and effort that the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Department has taken in bringing the items to our attention. We strive to be better as a <br /> company that serves the agricultural community. As all know the process of implementing new practices <br /> is a tedious learning process and going forward the county can be assured that we at Evolution will strive <br /> to always do hetter and get the same standard amonest our emnlovees. <br />
