4.) Ref #23. Used Oil Filters — Have "rain proof' container that is
labeled. Will provide evidence on separate cover to include pictures.
Will submit copy of disposal receipt
Note: It is mutually agreed that we can transport "used oil filters"
(which are "not" HM) to Idealease of Stockton for disposal.
5.) Ref #44 - Failed to prepare contingency plan: - The Copy of the
Contingency plan has been e-mailed to me by Jeff Wong, REHS.
on 9/25/2040. I will print and follow the proper procedure as outlined.
Evidence of compliance will be on a separate cover.
6.) Copies of HW disposal receipt not available for inspection:
We started the contract at this location on 12/01/2009. We were under
the impression that we could document disposal of HM (waste oil)
under our Waste ID number through Idealease of Stockton as were are
the contractor at the address. The volume of HM at the "location" is
so small that, since we took over operations (9) nine months ago, we
have "never" as of yet disposed of HM (waste oil). As a result there
is "no record" record of disposal.
We have applied for a new "Hazardous Waste Permanent ID
Number". All disposals shall be recorded on the number supplied
from the "DTSC" Department of Toxic Substance Control.
Note: Since we have been in operation for only (9) Nine months we
"do not" have a record for the past three years for this location.
Therefore we are unable to supply documentation for the past three
years.
Follow Up: After all documentation i.e. "separate covers" including
photo documentation I will personally submit the "Return to
Compliance Certification".
Should any questions arise I am personally available to address any
questions or concerns.
Submitted By:
Mark D.
