Page I of 1
Jeff Wong [EH]
From: Jeff Wong [EH]
Sent: Monday, August 30, 2010 10:14 AM
To: 'Buller:
Subject: RE: Responce to Oficial Inspection Report
Mark
Thanks for the quick response. As discussed on the phone today, EHD has downgraded you to small quantity HW generator for
2011, but you will have to pay a transfer fee of $25 for 2010 for the existing permit.
In your August 26, 2010 letter you stated you though you could document your "waste oil" under the EPA ID of your main facility at
Stockton Rd. This is not true. HW generated at this facility must be managed under the EPA ID number of this facility. However,
as we had discussed on the phone you may transfer Used Oil for consolidation at your main facility under 25250.12 H&SC, which
requires no more than 55 gallons may be transferred in a vehicle owned by the generator or onwed by the employee of the
generator at any one time. The transferred used oil is deemed to be generated at the point of consolidation. You are therefore
require to keep a record of what you have transferred at this facility. Please be aware this is for used oil only. You are required to
managed all other HW generated at this site in accordance to Title 23, and retain a copy of each disposal receipt on site.
Please feel free to call if you have any other questions
Best Regards,
Jeff
From: Buller - [mailto:idealease@yahoo.com]
Sent: Thursday, August 26, 2010 3:45 PM
To: Jeff Wong [EH]
Cc: rmamaril@dsbeverage.com; 209_cassidy@sbcglobal.net; jlscott@scif.com
Subject: Responce to Official Inspection Report
Dear Mr. Wong,
Please review the attached document that addresses specific items that were listed as issues of concern.
It is my intention to complete requested evidence and documentation prior to the date as stated on the report.
Please advise that you have received this "Action Plan"
Sincerly,
Mark D.
